Public Affairs Donates Books at Inauguration of School Library in Dubachaur
Cultural Affairs Officer Amanda S. Jacobsen inaugurated the Edward J. Miller Jr. Memorial School Library established at the local Balsudhar Secondary School in Dubachaur on October 15. She also handed over 100 books to the library on behalf of the U.S. Embassy. The Himalayan Foundation Corporation, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping the people and ecology of the Himalaya, established the library in memory of the late Edward J. Miller Jr.
