Public Affairs Organizes Ambassador-Hosted Fulbright Day Reception

Ambassador Nancy J. Powell hosted Fulbright alumni, current Fulbright program participants, the Fulbright Commission board, distinguished guests, and Embassy Kathmandu officers at her residence to celebrate Fulbright Day. In conjunction with the US Educational Foundation in Nepal (USEF), Public Affairs Kathmandu invited over 250 guests to attend. The well-attended event provided the Ambassador with the opportunity to congratulate current Fulbright program participants and encourage the alumni to remain active in creating a more peaceful, prosperous, and democratic Nepal.
