Consular Officer Reaches Out to Students at Bhairahawa American Corner

Public Affairs Kathmandu and American Corner Bhairahawa organized a speaking program for Consular Officer Konstantin Dubrovsky. The Consular Officer spoke to 45 bachelors and degree level college students of Bhairahawa about the U.S. student visa process. The answers to the questions helped clarify the process and end misconceptions amongst the participants.
