Under Secretary Sherman Arrives in Nepal

U.S. Department of State Under Secretary for Political Affairs Wendy R. Sherman arrived in Nepal today for a two-day visit.  She will meet with senior government officials, political party leaders, Nepal Army leadership, representatives of the Tibetan community and civic activists.

Prior to her arrival in Kathmandu, U/S Sherman visited India.  Her next stop after Nepal will be Bangladesh.
