Live Webchat: Consular/Visa Issues

The Consular Section of the U.S. Embassy will hold another live webchat program on Thursday, October 29 from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm. The webchat will provide you an online forum to ask Consular Officers at the U.S. Embassy in Kathmandu any visa related question. The webchat addresses only one issue at a time and this webchat will be accepting questions on visa issues only.
This webchat will be live and selected questions will be answered immediately. Questions will only be selected and answered between 2:00 pm and 3:30 pm on Thursday, October 29.
To post questions, follow these steps.
1. Please go to this URL https://statedept.connectsolutions.com/kathmandu/
(Your computer will need the free Adobe Flash Player. If you do not already have Flash installed, you may download it for free at http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/.)
2. Log in as a “Guest”. Please type your name into the space provided.
3. Once in the chat room you will see a “Chat” box on the screen. This is where you can type in your questions.
