U.S. MISSION IN NEPAL CLOSED TUESDAY

January 22, 2007

The U.S. Mission in Nepal will be closed on Tuesday, January 23, on the occasion of Shreepanchami or Saraswati Puja. The day celebrates the birthday of Saraswati, the Goddess of Knowledge and Learning.

The Embassy, USAID, and the Consular Section and American Center in the Yak & Yeti Hotel complex (west wing) comprise the Mission.
