U.S. CONSULAR SECTION, AMERICAN CENTER TO CLOSE EARLY FRIDAY

The U.S. Mission's Consular Section and American Center in the Yak & Yeti Hotel complex (west wing) will close at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 2.  The American Center Library, which normally opens at 11 a.m., will not open.

The Consular Section plans to interview its visa applicants before 11 a.m.  American citizens needing emergency assistance after 11 a.m. should call the Embassy at 441-1179 and ask for the Consular Duty Officer.

Expected traffic restrictions necessitate the early closings.
