Beginning on Monday, June 29, 2015, non-emergency services to U.S. citizens will be offered by appointment only on the following schedule:

Monday, 1:30 – 3:30 pm Monday, 1:30 – 3:30 pm Tuesday, 9:00-11:00 am
Tuesday, 1:30-3:30 pm Tuesday, 9:00 – 11:00 am and 1:30-3:30 pm Thursday, 1:30-3:30 pm
Friday , 9:00 – 11:00 am and 1:30-3:30 pm Thursday, 1:30-3:30 pm
Friday , 9:00 – 11:00 am and 1:30-3:30 pm

Emergency services will continue to be available on a walk-in basis or by calling 1- 423-4000.

The Embassy accepts passport applications during regular American Citizen Services business hours, Monday through Friday, 1:30 to 4:00 p.m. You must make an appointment. Because all passports are printed in the United States, it may take up to three weeks for your new passport to be ready for pick-up at the Embassy. All passport services must be done in person at the Embassy.
