Important Security Announcement for American Citizens in Nepal

We would like to invite you to attend an informational briefing about the attacks in Mumbai this Thursday, Dec. 18th at 4:00pm at the Phora Durbar compound.  This briefing was prepared by the OSAC (Overseas Security Advisory Council) group in India on Dec. 1st and covers information about where the terrorists attacked in the city and what their initial actions were.  While there has been no/no indication that similar events could occur here, we wanted to offer this presentation to private Americans resident here for informational purposes only.

If you wish to attend, please RSVP to this email or to wardenktm@state.gov   You will need to present your U.S. passport or a copy of your passport at the Phora Durbar entrance in order to attend.  Parking is limited, so please plan accordingly.
